Our vision is to have a hair industry that embraces the love and care of naturally curly hair. Our goal is to address the lack of thorough curly education in the hair industry. It’s important to not only learn the practical skills related to textured hair types, but to understand the history of curly hair and connect it to human history from across the globe.

Our partnership with NIDA is designed to give you the tools necessary to enter the hair industry with the competitive edge to confidently care for all types of curly hair. 

When you take this course, you will receive quality, detailed instruction coupled with opportunities for hands-on training. This will prepare you for the daily encounters of professional hair care and styling, while bridging the large gap in the industry.

The course is designed for anyone working in the hair industry that wants to care and style curly hair.

This includes:

• Current practicing hairdressers who would like to upskill and add curly hair clients on to their roster

• Current hair and makeup artist in the entertainment industry who have difficulty with curly hair clients and need to upskill

• Prospective hairdresser who wants to specialise in curly hair care and styling

• Current hair braider and upskill to include curly hair care along with protective styling

We offer an unmatched range and depth of thorough curly hair education. 

Our course is broken down into 1 to 3 day modules for those currently practicing and need to up-skill. We also offer  practical hands on sessions for parents with curly hair children.

 Our Six to seven week practical and intensive course is  for those coming into the hair industry to specialise in curly hair.
